I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel in Ollantaytambo. the location was perfect, right in front of the Incan ruins and in a quiet little street. It felt like a hidden gem. Secondly, the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort, even allowing us to use another room's shower when there was a problem with hot water, which they assured us is common in the area. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic, with freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious homemade food. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful region.
All aspects of the stay were great.

Located in the heart of a vibrant city, visiting the local market and archaeological sites is a breeze. The staff at check-in provide recommendations, and the beds are comfortable. The hot showers and tasty breakfast, with fresh fruit and baked goods, make for an enjoyable stay.
Cash is the preferred payment method as the credit card option is not always available. Depending on the room, noise can be an issue from other guests and local bars.
